Full Product Details
The UP300 is a fully enclosed 3D printer, protecting your 3D prints from cold breezes and dust. Enclosures prove key when printing high temperature materials as they increase the ambient temperature and prevent curious hands from touching moving components during printing.
The front door can be opened for easy print removal and the side door can be opened to load and remove filaments. The transparent lid is removable for printing cooler temperature materials and provides users easy access to the extruder for filament loading.
Material Specific Extruders
The UP300 ships with three specialized print heads optimized for different materials. Each print head is designed specifically to print ABS, PLA or TPU; improving material versatility and compatibility with materials across a wide range of printing temperatures.
- With the Full Metal ABS Extruder, print high temperature materials like ABS, PC and ASA.
- With the PTFE Lined PLA Extruder, print low temperature materials like PLA, PETG and PolyCast.
- With the TPU Extruder print TPU and experimental filaments.
The TPU extruder is spring loaded and the extrusion gear is grooved. As TPU or other soft filaments are flexible they will change diameter under pressure, the design of the TPU extruder can effectively prevent slippage and apply maximum extrusion force.
The UP300 is equipped with a heated bed, capable of heating up to 100℃. Heated beds are important to minimize warping and are required to print materials engineering materials like PETG, ABS and PC.
The removable glass backed print bed is double sided and features a different printing surfaces on each side. Print your models on the smooth glass bed, a textured printing surface or the popular perforated fiberboard. Each surface offers different benefits depending on the material you are using.
Interchangeable Build Plates
The UP300 features interchangeable buildplates with two sides. Each buildplate is backed with glass to add stiffness and rigidity, designed to prevent the bed from flexing during printing. With the glass perfboard users can print straight on the glass or perforated side, and with the glass flexboard, print on the glass or smooth side.
Tiertimes UP300 has been designed with material versatility in mind. With the three specialized extruders, the UP300 is suitable for printing a wide range of different material types from both Tiertime and 3rd party brands.
With the enclosure, high temperature extruder and heated bed, the UP300 is capable of printing a wide range of materials including and not limited to; PLA / PETG / ABS / ABS+ / ASA / PC / TPU / PVB (PolySmooth) / PolyCast.
The UP300 has a large build volume of 255 x 205 x 225mm (LxDxH)
Dual Hepa Filters
The UP300 features an improved Dual Filtration System, using both HEPA and Activated Carbon filters, to reduce UFP and VOC density inside the printer when printing ABS materials.
The UP300 features a filament outage switch to detect when filament runs out, pausing your print for you to load a new spool.
Touch Screen / Connectivity
With the 7" LCD touch screen, users can monitor print que progress and control the printer with ease. Connect to the UP300 via WiFi, Lan or USB. The UP300 is manufactured with three USB ports. One USB port is for loading print jobs stored on a USB memory stick. Another USB port is for computer connectivity and the third USB port is for optional add-ons, such as a USB camera for remote print monitoring.

PolyLite™ ABS - ABS is one of the earliest and most common everyday 3D Printing materials which has maintained its popularity for prototyping and production due to its low cost, balanced mechanical properties, thermal properties and excellent printing quality. PolyLite™ ABS is a very durable material, featuring balanced strength and impact resistance with high heat resistance (~100˚C). PolyLite™ ABS is a good choice for mechanical parts featuring in robotics, functional prototyping or home appliance spare parts.
PolyLite™ ASA - PolyLite™ ASA has the same mechanical and thermal properties as PolyLite™ ABS with the ability to resist sunlight (UV) and weather in general. Its good weather resistance makes it ideal for outdoor applications that are in direct sunlight or exposed to the elements.
PolyMax™ PLA - PolyMax™ PLA is an incredibly easy-to-print filament with improved mechanical properties, making it an excellent alternative to ABS. PolyMax™ PLA is the perfect candidate for educational projects or in the professional environment where product design iteration requires a reliable prototyping process and a durable material. PolyMax™ PLA can be used to print prototypes, prosthetics, lifestyle accessories and mechanical parts.

PolyFlex™ TPU95-HF - PolyFlex TPU95-HF is a flexible high flow filament with a shore hardness of 95A. Thanks to its high flowability, PolyFlex TPU95-HF can be printed at faster speeds than other TPU95 filaments. Combined with its UV resistance, PolyFlex TPU95-HF becomes a go-to material for functional prototyping, manufacturing tools or small batch manufacturing of durable and flexible parts.
Spare HEPA and Activated Carbon Filter - In the UP300 Engineering bundle we have included spare filters for your 3D printer. The UP 300's HEPA and Activated Carbon emissions are designed to reduce 3D printing air emissions and provide healthy and safe 3D printing environment. It is recommended to change the filter every 6 months or 300 hours machine time, which ever is first.
SuperLube - In the UP300 Engineering bundle we have included 1 large 3oz tube of Super Lube Multi-Purpose Synthetic Grease to keep your UP300 3D printer lubricated. This is the best grease we have found for occasional printer maintenance and since trying Super Lube we haven't looked back. Super Lube® Grease is a patented synthetic NLGI grade 2 heavy-duty, multipurpose lubricant with PTFE. Synthetic base fluids and the addition of PTFE micro powders combine to form a premium lubricant that provides longer life protection against friction, wear, rust and corrosion. Super Lube® Grease does not contain any SILICONE.
