Fully Enclosed

The Raise3D Pro2 is a fully enclosed 3D printer, protecting your 3D prints from cold breezes, dust or hands that could interrupt the printing process. The enclosure helps to capture ambient heat from the heated bed to ensure a warm printing environment when printing engineering materials. The front door can be opened for easy print removal and the side door can be opened to load and remove filaments. The transparent lid is removable for printing cooler temperature materials and provides users easy access to the extruder for filament loading.
High Temperature Dual Geared Extruder
The Raise3D Pro2 extruder can print materials up to 300°C ensuring high performance printing across a wide variety of first or 3rd part materials. Compared to the N2 series, the Pro2 extruder boasts 4 x increased torque performance and materials are dual gear driven for better grip.
Electronically Driven Dual Nozzles

The Pro2 is equipped with dual electronically driven retracting hot ends. The idle nozzle has a 1.5mm lifting distance to minimize contamination when printing two materials and avoid crashing. With < 1 second switching time and high repeatability (<0.005m, 5 micron) the electronically driven dual nozzles ensure users can print complex mechanical parts reliably (tested > 100,000 retractions) with cleaner print quality.

Complex Multi Material printing

Automotive prototype printed with PolyDissolve™ S1 and PolyMax™ PLA filaments on the Raise3D Pro2
Utilize Raise3D's dual extrusion technology to print complex geometry with water-soluble supports or even two different but compatible modeling materials. The dual electronically driven retracting hot ends enable a clean interface between both materials to print complex and delicate geometry and remove supports safely without risk of breaking the part.
In-house we take advantage of this technology to print Polymakers TPU, PLA, Nylon, PETG and PolyCast™ filaments simultaneously with PolyDissolve™ S1 a tap water soluble support material and ASA, ABS and PC based filaments simultaneously with PolyDissolve™ S2, a high temperature lye water-soluble support material.

Heated Bed

The equipped heated silicone bed can be heated up to 110°C and the machined aluminium buildplate is overlayed with a sheet of buildtak. Heated beds are important to minimize warping and are required to print materials engineering materials like PETG, ABS and PC. After printing, simply turn the red screws to release the magnetically-held build plate for easy print removal.
Versatile Material PrintinG

Designed for flexible manufacturing, the Raise3D Pro2 is compatible and configurated for printing a wide range of different material types from Raise3D and 3rd party brands. Achieve quality results faster with the Raise3D Open Filament Program, a collaboration between Raise3D and leading filament manufacturers. Users can download a wide variety of material profiles from leading filament manufacturers like Polymaker.
With the enclosure, high temperature dual extruders and silicone heated bed, the Pro2 can print a wide range of materials including and not limited to; PLA / ABS / HIPS / PC / TPU / TPE / NYLON / PETG / ASA / PP / PVA / Glass Fiber Infused* / Carbon Fiber Infused* / Metal Fill* / Wood Fill*.
*We highly recommend purchasing and printing with the Everlast Ruby Nozzle when printing abrasive materials like Glass and Carbon Fiber infused filament.

Large Build Volume

The Raise3D Pro2 has a large build volume of 305* x 305 x 300 mm (Width x Depth x Height).
*When printing with two extruders the maximum printable width (x axis) is 280mm.

Filtration System

The Pro2 is equipped with HEPA air filtration, designed to silently remove nano-particles during printing.
Power Resume

The Pro2 enables professionals to resume printing from power failure, Power resume can be a life saver in various situations including users accidentally turning off the power in the middle of a long print.
Filament Detection

The Pro2 features an optical run-out sensor to detect the presence of filament. When filament runs out the printer will pause and enable the user to load more filament via the onboard touch screen.
Touch Screen / Connectivity

The Pro2 is equipped with a 7-inch IPS colour touch screen and multilingual tablet interface. The touchscreen allows users to easy view printing process and operation with integrated setting control while printing.
Designed as an accessible machine for multi-user work environments the touch screen displays on-screen assistance during print loading and visual model selection for identifying the part you need to print next.
Send your sliced 3D prints to the Pro2 via USB, Ethernet, Wifi or RaiseCloud service.
Calibration

The Pro2 series of 3D printers arrive pre-leveled from the factory. To ensure a level printing surface, Raise3D designed a an improved 4+9 points lock system. Easily adjust the z-offset calibration with single knob adjustment. on the left side of the machine.
If ever required, the Raise3D Pro2 enables users to calibrate the lifting mechanism manually. Alignment of the two nozzles can calibrated by printing Raise3D's calibration model and following instructions to set the required offset via the touchscreen. With calibrated nozzle lifting and nozzle offset, the Pro2 can be used worry-free, with properly aligned nozzles. This calibration process can be repeated any time the offset may change, such as after extruder maintenance / nozzle change.

RaiseCLOUD Compatible

RaiseCloud is a web based 3D printing platform that remotely controls, monitors and reports your teams entire print production process at a glance. RaiseCloud allows companies to easily manage any number of users, printers and print tasks in one customizable module. Users can control workflow management, monitor pertinent data and remotely modify parameters with a click of the mouse.

PolyBox™ Edition II is a filament storage box that allows you to store materials in their optimum printing environment while still being able to print with them. PolyBox™ Edition II can house up to two 1kg spools simultaneously or one 3kg spool.

1 x PolyFlex™ TPU 750g Spool - PolyFlex™ TPU95 is a thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) based filament which has a shore hardness of 95A and can stretch more than 3 times its original length.Featuring excellent wear, chemical and oil resistance, PolyFlex™ TPU95 is a suitable material for applications requiring resistance to oils, greases and chemicals.
Polymaker PolyDissolve™ S1 Filament

Combined with the Raise3D Pro2's dual electronically driven retracting hot ends, Polymakers PolyDissolve™ family of filaments are the perfect choice for printing models that will require intricate and complex support structures.
1 x PolyDissolve™ S1 750g Spool - PolyDissolve™ S1 is a water dissolvable PVA support material. It is specifically engineered to have a perfect interface with Polymakers PLA, TPU, PVB and Nylon based filaments while also displaying good solubility enabling a greater design freedom.
We highly recommended to use the PolyBox™ when printing with PolyDissolve™ S1.
POLYMAKER POLYSupport™ FILAMENT

Combined with the Raise3D Pro2's dual electronically driven retracting hot ends, Polymakers PolySupport™ filament enable users to print support structures that can be peeled away by hand. Many users love PolySupport™ because it is also less sensitive to moisture when compared to soluble support filaments. This makes handling and storing PolySupport™ simple, just store the filament in the provided resealable bag when storing during long periods of time.
1 x PolySupport™ 750g Spool - PolySupport™ is a break away support for Polymaker PLA based filaments. It has a perfect interface with PLA, strong enough to support it and easily removable by hand.
Super Lube Multi-Purpose Synthetic Grease

In the Raise3D Pro2 Education bundle we have included 1 large 3oz tube of Super Lube Multi-Purpose Synthetic Grease to keep your Pro2 3D printer lubricated. This is the best grease we have found for occasional printer maintenance and since trying Super Lube we haven't looked back.
Super Lube® Grease is a patented synthetic NLGI grade 2 heavy-duty, multipurpose lubricant with PTFE. Synthetic base fluids and the addition of PTFE micro powders combine to form a premium lubricant that provides longer life protection against friction, wear, rust and corrosion. Super Lube® Grease does not contain any SILICONE.
