Industrial PEEK filament for demanding applications like automotive, aerospace, medical and more
PLEASE NOTE: To print this material an industrial grade 3D Printer like the FUNMAT HT or FUNMAT PRO HT is required. Due to the demanding printing requirements for this material we cannot guarantee success with any other 3D Printer brands or models.
PEEK is a semicrystalline thermoplastic with excellent mechanical and chemical resistance properties that are retained to high temperatures. PEEK is regarded as one of the highest performing engineering thermoplastics in the world. PEEK is used to fabricate items used in demanding applications in aerospace, automotive, oil and gas and medical industries.
High Performance: Manufactured to meet the needs of industrial users, INTAMSYS PEEK offers high strength, stiffness as well as high heat resistance. Chemical Resistance: INTAMSYS PEEK is chemically resistant to aggressive environments and is suitable for sterilisation for medical applications. Regulation: The PEEK Filament produced by INTAMSYS meets the European regulations EC No. 1935/2004, EC No. 2023/2006 and EC No. 10/2011 concerning plastic materials and articles coming into contact with food and is also compliant with the FDA (Food and Drug Administration) for food contact. Quality: The INTAMSYS PEEK Filament has unique properties because it does not come into contact with water during the production process and is directly packaged in a vacuum packaging. These properties make the INTAMSYS PEEK Filament particularly suitable for usage in FDM and FFF 3D printers.

It is important to remove PEEK parts from the bed while the temperature is still high, removing a print after it has cooled may cause the glass plate to break because the print will shrink more rapidly than the glass.
PEEK printed parts can be annealed in an oven after printing to facilitate crystal growth and maximize mechanical / thermal performance.
