Built for the high demands of business & industry customers; the enclosure of the FUNMAT HT Enhanced is second to none. The full metal chassis provides a solid rigid enclosure for the core internal mechanics and metal doors with glass windows and a fully insulated chamber help to maintain a consistent printing environment.
All internal components were carefully chosen and strenuously tested to ensure reliable performance at the high chamber temperature (90°C). Electronics in the lower compartment of the printer are laid out ensuring easy access. With a focus on quality and a no shortcut approach, the INTAMSYS FUNMAT series of printers are the ideal machine for industry applications.
Advanced Thermal system / heated chamber
The FUNMAT HT Enhanced is equipped with INTAMSYS advanced thermal system, which introduces temperature resistant electronics and active chamber heating, capable of maintaining an internal temperature up to 90°C. The heated chamber improves dimensional stability when printing high temperature plastics like PEEK, Ultem, ABS, PC and ASA.
The advanced thermal system minimizes and releases internal stress in the polymer chain when printing amorphous plastics; if not released, this internal stress is often the cause of warping or cracking. The FUNMAT HT Enhanced is capable of printing large ABS and PC parts with near-zero warping and with less internal stress; our tests have shown parts printed on the FUNMAT HT Enhanced can mechanically out perform parts printed on other 3D Printers without a heated chamber or enclosure.

High Temperature Extruder
The FUNMAT HT Enhanced is equipped with a single all metal extruder with an impressive temperature range. Packaged with the printer is INTAMSYS high temperature extruder and normal temperature extruder.
Each extruder has been optimized for a different temperature range, with the the high temperature extruder users can print materials up to 450°C and with the normal temperature extruder users can print with temperatures up to 280°C.
Heated Build Plate / Ceramic Glass
The FUNMAT HT Enhanced is equipped with a heated bed capable of reaching temperatures up to 160°C. During development INTAMSYS completed strenuous testing to ensure even heating across the full build surface. The removable print bed is made of ceramic glass to provide higher heating efficiency and higher inflexibility with less thermal deformation.

Large build volume!
The FUNMAT HT Enhanced has a large build volume of 260 x 260 x 260 mm (Length x Depth x Height), suitable for use in an office or educational environment for functional 3D printing or low volume manufacturing.
The FUNMAT HT Enhanced is equipped with a camera so you can monitor your prints remotely.
Control the FUNMAT HT Enhanced with the intuitively designed on-board touchscreen. Users can easily start prints, change materials, calibrate the machine and with the simple menu design. Select preset material settings for loading and printing or create your own custom profiles to suit your favorite material types.
The FUNMAT HT Enhanced utilizes automatic bed leveling for efficient calibration.
When printing the first layer of a 3D print, the distance between the nozzle and bed is critical and thermal expansion from the heated bed means the correct nozzle height when printing PEEK may be different for ABS. The automatic leveling simplifies the leveling process so users can easily calibrate the bed to their preferred nozzle distance. Automatic bed leveling can be operated while the chamber is hot or cold, enabling users to achieve their preferred calibration regardless of the material chosen.
With a three screw bed design, users who like to manually calibrate their machines can also easily manually level the bed.
INTAMSUITE is the slicing software designed to work seamlessly and efficiently with INTAMSYS 3D Printers. INTAMSUITE is used to select your printing material, desired print settings (infil, layer height, etc) rotate the model for optimal printing orientation and other decisions before printing.
The FUNMAT HT can also be used with other slicing software such as CURA and Simplify3D.
The FUNMAT HT Enhanced is capable of printing down to 0.05mm resolution for ultra fine resolution, is equipped with a filament detection switch which provides a filament absent warning for seamless production and the FUNMAT HT Enhanced also includes 4 High Performance independent drivers for filament loading and the X,Y and Z axis. These high performance drivers ensure high precision, speed and reliable 3D printing.
After printing the advanced thermal system will maintain bed and chamber temperatures until the user is ready to remove their print. This can be used to anneal your part or to improve ease of print removal.
