The Emblaser 2 is an Australian made laser cutter and engaving machine priding its self as the next generation in 3D Laser cutting.

The Emblaser 2 has a 500 x 300mm work area with a maximum material height of 50mm and can cut a variety of different materials. (See materials tab to see list)

All Emblaser 2 laser cutters will now come with Air-Assist add-on for cleaner cutting and engraving in the base unit.

Safety Features

The Emblaser 2 sets a new standard for power and efficiency with its Material Ignition Alter (MIA). The MIA constantly monitors the potential ignition of a material, a situation that may arise in any laser cutter. If detected, MIA places the Emblaser in a safety mode while sounding a warning alarm.

There is an fume extractor built into the Emblaser 2 to vent fumes outdoors or you can use the Fume Filter System to safely filter fumes for complete indoor use!

Air-Assist

Traditionally Air assist features are only available in industrial machines, with the Emblaser 2 the Air-Assist add-on increases cutting performance and creates cleaner cuts by injecting a stream of high pressure air into the cutting region. As you can see there is a massive improvement with the air assist function!

Control

Controlling the Emblaser 2 is easy with the choice of WiFi or traditional USB connection and the build in camera shows a live view of the workspace, allowing easy material alignment.

Software

Work with the software you are familiar with to create your designs. Laserweb will import all standard formats from software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Inkscape, Corel Draw etc.

Laserweb gives you full control over the Emblaser 2. Laserweb is fully compatible with both Windows and OSX. Run it on your favourite computer or tablet, even over Wifi!
