Offering excellent thermal conductivity and suitable for temperatures up to 300°C, our 3DPS Precision Brass RepRap M6 nozzles are compatible with 3D printers and hot ends using 1.75mm filament and the popular RepRap M6 / E3D V6 nozzle style.  

Brass is the most common metal for 3D printing nozzles due to its excellent thermal conductivity and suitability with most 3D printing materials on the market.

Available with 0.25mm, 0.4mm, 0.6mm or 0.8mm diameter output.

* Abrasive filaments such as metal-filled and carbon-filled can quickly damage a brass nozzle, a wear resistant nozzle such as hardened steel or ruby tipped is better suited for these materials.
Installation

You MUST heat up the nozzle installed in your printer before you remove it and install your new nozzle. If you do not heat it up, you will damage components in the extruder assembly it is attached to!
