Flexible additive manufacturing with Raise3D

3D Printing Solutions, an Australian owned and operated 3D Printing retailer today announced their resellership with Raise3D to supply and support their range of business-grade 3D printers designed for flexible manufacturing.

Having met the Raise3D team over the past few years. It has been great to see their original vision of flexible manufacturing realized through the hardware and software integration of their latest Pro2 series. Not only have Raise3D focused on creating one of the most flexible 3D printers on the market but with their Ideamaker software or RaiseCloud service, users can manage their printers and projects in new and exciting ways.Matt Tyson – Marketing Manager

With each new product, Raise3D set out to build a 3D printer that is durable enough to withstand the rigors of industrial environments, reliable enough to run 24/7 and able to repeat the process of manufacturing finished parts with precise replication.

As a customer-driven company, their products are created with input from a diverse field of professionals on the cutting edge of design, engineering and manufacturing. The result is a 3D printer ready to integrate print factories and build customized parts on demand.

The Pro2 Series

Competitive and scaleable; the Pro2 series improves upon it’s award winning predecessor to provide the next generation of performance.

Suited for functional printing and prototyping the build volume of the Pro2 series is large and scalable. Print up to 305 x 305 x 300 mm with the Pro2 or print with up to 305 x 305 x 605 mm with the Pro2 Plus.

Achieve cleaner surfaces and print more complex geometry in multiple materials with Raise3D’s dual electronically driven lifting nozzles. Combined with a versatile range of compatible materials material and connectivity options, the Pro2 series is designed as a reliable and flexible tool to fabricate prototypes and end-use-parts in house.

The idle nozzle has a 1.5mm lifting distance  to minimize contamination when printing two materials and avoid crashing. With < 1 second switching time and high repeatability (<0.005m, 5 micron) the electronically driven dual nozzles ensure users can print complex mechanical parts reliably (tested > 100,000 retractions) with cleaner print quality.  Compared to the original N2 series, the Pro2 series extruder also boasts 4 x increased torque performance and materials are dual gear driven for better grip.

Raise3D have spent significant time to integrate their software and hardware to improve usability and printer management. With the powerful on-board touchscreen tablet, users can easily view printing process and operation with integrated setting control while printing and the option to manage your fleet of Pro2 series machines through RaiseCloud make operating a 3D printer in a work environment more flexible.
