PEEK displays high mechanical strength, toughness, chemical resistance and self-extinguishing properties, making it the ideal solution for demanding applications in aerospace, automotive, oil and gas, advanced research and medical industries. Until now, very few 3D printing systems have been capable of printing PEEK due to its high printing temperature (360 - 400°C).

The FUNMAT HT and PRO HT are equipped with a full metal hot end (up to 450°C), heated build plate (up to 160°C) and a fully enclosed heated chamber which actively heats the internal build volume. The FUNMAT HT can maintain an internal temperature up to 90°C with the FUNMAT PRO HT increasing this max temperature up to 120°C, ensuring reliable PEEK / Ultem printing and warp-free ABS and PC 3D Prints.
Easily changeable 'normal' and 'high temperature' extruders ensure customers can print a truly versatile range of open filament materials including PEEK, Ultem, PPSU, Nylon (PA), PolyCarbonate (PC), PC Alloys, ABS, Carbon fiber-Filled, Metal-Filled, Fiberglass-Filled, ASA, PETG, ESD-Safe, HIPS, TPU, PLA, PVA and more.
