2019 NMW / AusTech 2019

National manufacturers week / Austech 2019 will be held between the 14th and 17th of May at Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC). 3D Printing Solutions will be exhibiting to showcase the latest 3D printing and material technologies suitable for reliable additive manufacturing.

Booth Number: AM58 in the Additive Manufacturing pavilion.

Here are some things to expect at the 3D Printing Solutions booth.

Latest 3D Printing Technologies

The latest 3D printers from INTAMSYS and FlashForge will be on display: INTAMSYS FUNMAT HT Enhanced and FlashForge Creator 3.

The INTAMSYS FUNMAT HT Enhanced is equipped with a high temperature chamber to print PolyCarbonate, ABS and ASA without warping and the high temperature nozzle allows users to print industrial grade materials like Ultem and PEEK and glass fiber / carbon fiber filled materials.

The Flashforge Creator 3 is an IDEX 3D printer equipped with two independent all metal hot ends. With the IDEX system, users can print two identical or mirrored parts simultaneously or print soluble supports with complex geometry.

New Industrial Materials

Experience the latest Polymaker filaments suitable for industrial 3D printing: PolyMide™ PA6CF, PolyMide™ PA6GF and PolyCast™.  Other recent released like PolyLite™ ASAPolyMax™ PETG and PolyDissolve™ S1 will also be on display.

Each of these materials offers a unique solution for industrial minded customers requiring reliability and functionality.

PolyMide™ PA6-GF and PA6-CF (Coming Soon)

After announcing Polymaker Industrial’s new N600 series, Polymaker have been busy working on introducing PolyMide™ PA6-GF and PolyMide™ PA6-CF to extend PolyMide™ family of Nylon based material. These new products will offer higher mechanical and thermal properties while also featuring the now well-known Warp-Free™ technology. Print lightweight parts with incredible stiffness and durability.

PolyCast™ is a filament designed to produce investment patterns for investment casting applications. 3D printing significantly cuts down both the cost and lead time by eliminating the tooling process. After printing parts can be easily post-processed in the Polysher™ to remove layer lines and achieve a smooth finish. PolyCast™ features Polymakers ash free technology which has been designed for investment casting to burn off cleanly without any residue, enabling defect-free metal parts.
